Growth doesn't just show up in bigger projects, bolder ideas, or a packed production schedule. It shows up in people. This round of new hires at Storylink Creative spans design, finance, warehouse operations, and production — a mix that reflects both where we're investing and where the work is taking us. From a Senior Experiential Designer to a CNC Operator, these additions bring depth, fresh perspective, and real capability to teams across the agency.
Let's meet the people behind the momentum.

Nicole Urban
Senior Experiential Designer
Nicole Urban joins Storylink Creative as a Senior Experiential Designer, bringing more than a decade of experience across the exhibit, experiential marketing, and live entertainment industries. She previously served as a Senior Exhibit Designer at Catalyst Exhibits. Drawn to Storylink's full-service agency model — and to a company culture she'd heard great things about from former colleagues already on the team — Nicole approaches her work through the lens of storytelling and audience engagement, bringing a broad, cross-industry perspective to every project and a love of collaborating with others to build on each other's ideas. Outside of work, she enjoys exploring National Parks with her husband, Michael, and their two Golden Retrievers, Phoebe and Penny.

Ramsey Elias
Controller
Ramsey Elias joins Storylink Creative as Controller, bringing 25 years of experience leading finance teams and business operations, largely within professional services and marketing and advertising agencies. After years in the marketing agency space, Ramsey was ready for a new challenge — and found it at Storylink, where the opportunity to broaden his experience into a new industry came without losing the creative, people-focused culture he valued. One of his core strengths is translating complex financial information into clear, actionable insight for leadership and non-financial stakeholders alike, and he enjoys partnering across departments to connect financial decisions to broader business goals.

Katy Anderson
Account Manager
Katy joins Storylink Creative as an Account Manager, bringing 3.5 years of experience as an Account Manager in the industry, preceded by 12 years in the trade show industry on the client side. She's looking forward to putting that experience to work alongside new teammates and clients — and to learning right back from the team around her. Building relationships and bringing teams together to get the job done is where she shines. Outside of work, she stays active, follows college sports closely, reads, and spends time with her husband and their two sons.

Andrew Brown
Business Growth Manager
Andrew Brown joins Storylink Creative as Business Growth Manager, bringing more than 25 years of sales and marketing experience from both the brand and supplier sides of the business — the majority of it spent in experiential marketing. Longstanding relationships with several of Storylink's team members, paired with the agency's experiential approach to business, are what brought him on board. Andrew draws on a career built around sales, marketing, program management, and relationship building to drive growth for the agency. Outside of work, he coaches baseball and football and spends his time fishing, staying active outdoors, traveling, and enjoying time with his family.

Teagan Longie
Project Management Coordinator
Teagan Longie joins Storylink as a Project Management Coordinator. Before joining the team, she worked as a project manager at Stanley Black & Decker, primarily supporting the Dewalt brand. Through the interview process, it was clear to Teagan that Storylink values both strategic thinking and fresh ideas, and that combination is what sealed the deal. Teagan brings a detail-oriented, organized approach to her work, paired with strong communication skills and a genuine willingness to jump in wherever she's needed. Outside the office, she's usually spending time with friends, taking Solidcore classes, or hanging out with her golden retriever, Cooper.

Zach Staloch
Warehouse Service Tech
Zach Staloch joins Storylink Creative after 17 years running liquor stores, bringing a background in inventory management along with a genuine interest in marketing and building. Storylink was the rare place where all three came together. He brings a Midwest work ethic to the job and, in his words, "hopefully some levity." Outside of work, Zach describes himself as a self-taught gardener still working out the kinks, an aspiring guitarist, and a hands-on builder who's managed to keep all his fingers.

Jonny Steenerson
Warehouse Service Tech
Jonny Steenerson joins Storylink Creative as a Warehouse Service Tech and Material Handler. He spent the past two and a half years running a CNC laser at BP Metals before deciding it was time to try something new. A quick learner who gets along with everyone, Jonny brings a steady, easygoing presence to the warehouse floor. Outside of work, he's often hunting, fishing, or playing softball.

Steve Goldsmith
CNC Operator
Steve Goldsmith joins Storylink Creative as a CNC Operator, bringing decades of hands-on machining experience to the team. He spent 18 years with Siewert Cabinets and has worked in the field since the early '90s. A new challenge — and the chance to work with a company that builds something he hadn't worked on before — is what drew him to Storylink. Easygoing and always up for learning something new, Steve brings several years of CNC expertise to the shop floor. Outside of work, Steve enjoys camping in the travel trailer with his wife and daughter, and he used to race riding lawn mowers for fun.

Helena Kritzler
Design Intern
Helena Kritzler joins Storylink Creative as a Design Intern while completing her degree at Bemidji State University, where she majors in Design with emphases in Exhibit and Experience Design, Graphic Design, and Interactive Multimedia Design. She also serves as President of Design Guild, a student organization connecting the School of Technology, Art, and Design with the industry through trips and club activities. After seeing Storylink present in several of her classes, Helena was drawn to the agency's close ties to BSU and to its genuine investment in design students. Driven and motivated to keep building her skills, she brings hard work and a real love for the craft to everything she takes on.

Declan Anderson
Creative Intern
Declan Anderson joins Storylink Creative as a Creative Intern, fresh off his second year at Bemidji State University, where he's held three on-campus design roles. A passion for motion design drew him to Storylink, a standout name in the exhibit and trade show world — another area that's long interested him. Declan describes himself as hardworking and dedicated, with a strong drive to learn everything he can. Outside of work, he's active in music, whether playing, listening, or writing, and stays busy with soccer, lifting, hiking, and running. Self-described nerd alert: Declan is deep into music, film, TV, tech, and comics.
More Than Headcount
What stands out about this group isn't just their collective experience — it's the range of it. From the trade show floor to the warehouse, from Bemidji State University classrooms to 25 years of agency finance leadership, these hires bring different starting points and the same drive to do good work. And that range matters. It makes us better problem-solvers, strengthens how we anticipate challenges before they surface, and ensures that when our clients trust us with their brand stories, they're backed by a team with both the technical depth and the human perspective to bring those stories to life.
For our clients, this growth means expanded capabilities, deeper bench strength, and the confidence that your projects are backed by a team built to scale.
For future teammates, it's a sign of where we're headed. Storylink Creative isn't just growing. We're growing intentionally, bringing in people who are curious, driven, and ready to make an impact on our beloved industry.
