Storylink Celebrates Earth Day with New Rooftop Solar Array

153kW system underscores commitment to sustainability, operational efficiency, and long-term value

This Earth Day, Storylink Creative is proud to announce the installation and activation of a new rooftop solar array at its headquarters, marking a significant step forward in the company’s ongoing commitment to sustainability and innovation.

The system, comprised of 289 solar modules and delivering 153 kilowatts (kW) of power, is projected to generate an average of 214 megawatt-hours (MWh) of electricity annually. This level of production is enough to offset the typical energy consumption of more than 20 homes each year.

Beyond energy generation, the environmental impact is substantial. The array will reduce carbon dioxide emissions by more than 150 tons annually — the equivalent of removing approximately 25 gasoline-powered vehicles from the road each year or planting more than 18,000 trees.

“For us, this investment goes beyond infrastructure. It’s about responsibility,” said Candy Kirchner, President of Storylink. “As a company that builds immersive brand experiences, we recognize the importance of minimizing our environmental footprint while maximizing the value we deliver to clients. This solar installation allows us to do both.”

In addition to its environmental benefits, the system is expected to deliver strong financial returns. Over the lifetime of the panels, Storylink Creative anticipates saving more than $1 million in electricity costs while also increasing the overall value of its facility.

The solar array provides a source of clean, renewable energy that is not subject to fluctuations in utility pricing, reinforcing the company’s long-term operational resilience.

This initiative reflects Storylink Creative’s broader commitment to integrating sustainable practices across its operations, from design and fabrication to logistics and installation, ensuring that the experiences it creates are as responsible as they are impactful.
