In the experiential design world, creativity may draw crowds. But behind every impressive exhibit, glowing LED wall, and precisely engineered structure is something less flashy yet far more important: safety. With that in mind, Storylink Creative has partnered with US Compliance, implementing the firm’s Health & Safety Compliance as a Service (CaaS) program to strengthen workplace safety while improving efficiency across its fabrication and production operations. The partnership connects Storylink with a team of environmental, health, and safety specialists who will help develop, monitor, and refine the company’s safety programs while ensuring compliance with regulations.
“At Storylink, the work we create is bold, but behind the scenes, the priority is always the well-being of our team,” said Bryant Smith, Director of Operations at Storylink Creative. “One of our core values is proactivity, and this partnership assures a consistently proactive approach to safety.”

The arrangement provides Storylink a broader bench of specialists who can assist with onsite assessments, training, safety inspections, and the company’s evolving needs. Supported by EHS Gateway, the system comprises a cloud-based platform that allows safety documentation and compliance tracking to be accessed and managed from virtually any device.
“Our CaaS program is designed to implement systems that manage, track, and develop compliance programs in accordance with federal, state, and local requirements,” said Chad Preese, account executive at US Compliance. “Our model provides support from an entire team of health and safety professionals with expertise across multiple specializations.”

“Clearer safety procedures, ongoing training, and centralized compliance systems help reduce downtime, minimize risk, and keep production moving. That’s no small advantage in an industry where timelines are often measured in days rather than weeks,” Smith said. “And while safety remains the primary goal, we expect the program to deliver operational benefits as well.”
Ultimately, the partnership represents an investment not only in compliance but also culture. By integrating structured safety systems with ongoing professional support, Storylink aims to ensure safety is embedded in every step of the process, from early fabrication to the moment an exhibit is installed on the show floor. In other words, the same attention to detail that defines the company’s award-winning experiential work will now be applied with equal rigor to the systems designed to protect those who build it.
